Our first “thundersnow”

Finally! We got enough snow to REALLY play in! 6+ inches to be exact!  The kids couldn’t be happier.  Day #1 the snow came down like CRAZY.  It even thundered during the snowstorm!  Pretty cool!

Day #2 Daisy just stood ON TOP of the snow.  The funniest part was that she learned she could stretch out her legs and almost “sled” herself.  Funny to watch! 

It was a great time for everyone :-)

A Toothy Day

I absolutely LOVE this kid.  She has been determined to pull all of her teeth herself, which I am thrilled about because it makes me queasy! She’s had a loose front tooth for about FOUR months now, and today she decided it was time to part with it!  HA! I took pictures of the whole process AND took video for her dad to see since he’s out of town ;-)  She was so happy!

10 Years and Counting!

Kory and I celebrated 10 years of marriage this Friday!  It’s wild to think of how far we’ve come together.  When we first met, Kory was a professional wrestler and I was working.  Now, 10 years later, he is an associate/youth pastor at our church in Troy, MO, and I’m a stay at home mom, homeschooling my kids.  We’ve had ups and downs, but God has always been faithful and seen us through every circumstance.  I’m so thankful that Kory chooses to love me every day.  God knew what he was doing when He brought us together.  My husband is my best friend.  I can’t imagine doing life with anyone else. I can’t wait to see what the next 10 years holds for us.  Here is a look back at the past 10 years of us as a family:
